SRI has been a wonderful place to start my career. In my first 9 months in the Associate Manager of Analytics role, I have worked alongside Directors to extract insights from real-world data, often using statistical techniques. Under strong mentorship, I have been able to sharpen my data analytics skills and apply these while solving client questions.

Working at SRI has allowed me take the general research skills I learned in college and put them into practice in an interesting business setting. I enjoy collaborative nature of our projects and getting to work on engaging tasks, like writing surveys, interpreting results, and developing meaningful reports.

SRI is a very welcoming and supportive environment. I have been able to learn a variety of analytical techniques and engage on a diverse set of projects. At SRI, every individual’s ideas are valued from the start, allowing us to build strong connections.

SRI has been an incredible place to start my career after graduation. The types of projects I work on are different day to day, and the variety of therapy areas has really given me a wide area of knowledge about the healthcare industry. SRI has been a really flexible place to work, and it’s been easy to connect with my team members even while working remotely.
